At OneAnother, we are committed to ensuring the safety of all our users, especially children. In compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, we have implemented the following measures:
1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
- Sextortion of a child
- Trafficking of a child for sex
- Any other form of sexual exploitation of a child
Any user found engaging in such activities will be immediately banned, and the content will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback
Users can report any concerns or violations directly within the app through our [Report Abuse] feature. This mechanism allows users to:
- Report inappropriate content or behavior
- Provide feedback or concerns regarding user interactions
- Contact our support team for further assistance
We ensure timely review and action on all reports received.
3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any CSAM on our platform, we commit to:
- Promptly removing such content
- Reporting the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority
- Cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies during investigations
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We adhere to all applicable child safety laws and regulations. Our team stays updated on legal requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and the protection of minors on our platform.
